Brands, just like people, have a voice – the tone, manner and personality of communication that distinguishes one personality from another. How do the world’s top brands make their target audience fall in love with them? Stories. Touching love stories (think Tiffany & Co).Inspiring stories of perseverance (Nike). Adorable stories of babies dancing and roller-skating (recognise this one?) This is what separates top brands from the mediocre forgettable ones.

The world is in information overload.  Success in business today is determined by your ability to ‘get noticed’ and to properly communicate the value of your products, services and abilities.  The world today reacts first to what is seen, and then it asks questions. Your ‘brand’ can make or break your business in less than 24 hours, just as the wrong personal brand message can take years to correct.

Why brands fail is a question asked by top management as well as the overall organisation when a brand fails. During the process, no one notices the failure of the brand. It is only after the company has given up that they realise where the brand had failed. Attend Your Coach Sri Lanka’s Brand Strategy seminar to ensure your personal or corporate brand is pursuing the right audience, and saying the right things in the right way so that you have the highest likelihood of reaching your marketing objectives.
