Serendib Leisure Management appoints Edoardo Giuntoli as GM of AVANI Kalutara Resort & Anantara Kalu

Serendib Leisure Management Ltd. (SLML), a leading hospitality management company and a subsidiary of Hemas Holdings PLC has appointed Edoardo Giuntoli as the cluster General Manager of AVANI Kalutara Resort and Anantara Kalutara Resort – scheduled to open on 1 July. 

Fluent in five languages, Edoardo is an internationally accomplished professional, valued for his extensive experience working for luxury hospitality brands. He has held management positions at prestigious hotel groups such as Royal Meridien and Sofitel. Edoardo’s professional experience has taken him across France, Morocco, Mauritius and Dubai. Prior to joining Anantara Kalutara Resort, Edoardo was General Manager at The Hotel Sofitel Essaouira Mogador Golf Resort & Spa (Morocco). 

Edoardo holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management from the ESSEC Business School (France), and a Master’s Certificate in the Essentials of Hospitality Management from the Cornell University (USA).
