Bank Holidays

At present we have Government and Private Banks.  Regrettably they close on all holidays allocated for Public and Mercantile Sector as follows                      

Business activities come to a standstill due to numerous Bank Holidays. It may be suggested that the State Banks close on Public Holidays and Private Banks close on Mercantile Holidays. A m-ercantile establishment could open accounts in the State and Private Banks so that Bankers services would be available always.An expert opinion from the Banking sector is appreciated.
