NHRDC conducts public sector capacity building program in Malaysia

The National Human Resources Development Council (NHRDC) of Sri Lanka under the Ministry of National Policies and Economic Affairs has launched a capacity building project to build managerial capacity within the public sector to improve the delivery in the public sector. 

Last week NHRDC successfully conducted the first capacity building program in Malaysia in collaboration with University Putra Malaysia. Twenty-five Managerial Level Government Officers participated in this program.

The program was conducted under the guidance of NHRDC Chairman Dinesh Weerakkody and University of Moratuwa Senior Lecturer and NHRDC Board Member Dr. Rangika Halwatura.
