New Colombo-Myanmar service starts at Colombo Port

MV Pathien Star of Continental Shipping Line makes her inaugural call at the Jaya Container Terminal (JCT) of Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) yesterday under the new Colombo-Yangon service. 

The vessel called from Chennai, India, and is scheduled to leave for Port Yangon of Myanmar. 



To mark her inaugural call at the Port of Colombo, plaques were exchanged between SLPA Director (Operations) Jayantha Perera) and the Master of the vessel, Capt. Myint Kywe. 

SAR Maritime Agencies Ltd. acts the local agents of the shipping line.
