The annual Asia House Fair is a unique shopping extravaganza in London which gives people the chance to buy unique and unusual gifts not normally seen on the high street.

This year’s Asia House Design and Fine Crafts Fair was held on 3 to 6 March at the Asia House in London, featuring a fine selection of Sri Lankan beeralu lace and other handcrafted products.  Asia House is an established part of London’s cultural scene. Presenting over 100 events a year, it offers an outstanding selection of opportunities to explore, absorb and enjoy the arts of Asia. The fair featured more than 30 exhibitors from across Asia and the Middle East, selling a dazzling array of the best and most exquisite items.

The Sri Lanka Tourism Promotional Bureau promoted Sri Lanka as an attractive holiday destination rich in culture, arts and crafts to a targeted group of over 3,500 art and craft lovers. Visitors were provided a glimpse of the Sri Lankan art and craft heritage the country offers to tourists.
