Motivational speaker and youth leadership expert Farill Farook presented his signature program ‘Discover the winner in you’ for the third time, on 29 January at the Royal College Skills Centre Auditorium. A large number of participants attended the programs from various organisations including banks, finance companies, software firms, travel industry, students and many others. The audience comprised of entrepreneurs, CEOs, Managers, Executives, frontline staff and students from local and international schools who actively took part in the program.

A central focus of the workshop was the theme ‘Discover the winner in you’ which was categorised into three segments; discovering your gift, developing a winning mind and identifying your level of personality and highlighted extensive research on nurturing one’s passion and applying a five-year formula designed by the speaker towards building long term results with tools and strategies. The session was a brand new concept powered with positive chants and high energy music and videos to inspire the audience to achieving their highest potentials.

Farill Farook is an optimist and believes every person has greatness within them and helps individuals seek this. He further stressed that each individual is their own best inner counsellor and coach, and sometimes needs another’s help to get started. His most important message and extensive training is from his own life experiences getting to the other side of career confusion and failure has taught him a valuable life lesson that has inspired him to pass on this learning to others.
