Blue Mountain branches out to Ratnapura

Leading real estate giant, the Blue Mountain Group, recently opened a new branch office in Ratnapura, as a part of its expansion plan to cater to customers in the Sabaragamuwa province.  

The new office was ceremoniously opened by Blue Mountain Group of Companies Group Chairman, Dr. Hiran Hettiarachchi (MBBS-Colombo, MBA - Australia) and was graced by Ratnapura Additional District Secretary Dayanada Colombage as the Guest of Honour. The company’s senior management and staff, as well as other dignitaries and guests from the local community were present for the branch opening. 

The new office will enable Blue Mountain to extend its services to outstation areas that have a high demand for affordable and reliable property developments and land sales. The new branch office will provide customers in Ratnapura with a variety of value added services such as real estate consultations, legal services, valuations, surveying and financial services. Blue Mountain’s expansion in Ratnapura is another step forward towards pursuing their mandate of delivering trustworthy services to customers seeking access to affordable housing solutions.
