Bank of Ceylon commences New Year with religious ceremony

With the patronage of the bank’s Chairman President’s Counsel Ronald C. Perera and General Manager D.M. Gunasekara, Bank of Ceylon has organised religious ceremonies to commence its operation in the New Year. The ceremony was held at the bank’s head office with the participation of its Board of Directors, members of corporate and executive management, customers and well wishers.

Addressing the gathering the bank’s Chairman stated that Bank of Ceylon will move towards a fully fledged digital transformation that will add value to customer service and stressed on the importance of delivering a superior customer service at all customer touch points.
