A&D Property Developers (Pvt) Ltd, the construction company which plans to build the super luxury housing complex, Glorious Residencies in Colombo has received the approval of the Board of Investments (BOI) to function as a BOI Company.

Meanwhile, the construction work of the super luxury housing complex, Glorious Residencies and state of the art trading facility in Colombo is scheduled to commence shortly announced A & D Property Developers (Pvt) Ltd. The 12 storeyed housing complex is planned to be constructed at No 167, Udugahawalauwa Watta, Bandaranayake Mawatha Colombo 12. Udugahawalauwa is situated in close proximity to Armour Street and has a proud history to its name.
