Property20 signs up with MTD Walkers to sell Richmond Hill Residencies

Integrated infrastructure and engineering solutions provider MTD Walkers PLC, in partnership with the Ministry of Public Administration, Local Government and Democratic Governance, and the Board of Investment (BOI) of Sri Lanka, are offering public sector employees an opportunity to own apartments at Richmond Hill Residencies in Galle. 

The Nila Sevana housing project was constructed by Wincon Development Ceylon Ltd., a fully-owned subsidiary of MTD Walkers. Built under the Nila Sevana Public Servants Housing Project, public sector employees are given preferred pricing for apartments with private sector employees being offered the same at a higher price. The housing project will extend to all districts to meet growing demand for high quality, affordable homes for public sector employees. 

The Nila Sevana project, launched as Richmond Hill Residencies in Galle is approximately three km from the Galle town and is minutes away from the prestigious Richmond College, public transport, and numerous other convenient facilities. The 512 homes are available in three bedroom, 695 square foot homes or three bedroom, 776 square foot homes.

“We are excited to work with Property20 to launch Richmond Hill Residencies. We look forward to utilising the extensive experience they have to offer,” Lalinda Kalubowila, CEO of Wincon Development Ceylon Ltd., stated.

Richmond Hill Residencies will be ready for occupation in August.
