Prishan first Lankan graduate from Hallmark Institute of Photography US

Professional photographer Prishan Pandithage has recently graduated from the prestigious Hallmark Institute of Photography in Massachusetts, USA.

He attended the 10-month highly intense programme known to be the boot camp of photography education worldwide.

Hallmark is known for its highly respected and competitive curriculum covering both the technical and business of photography.

Hallmark has a celebrated line up of instructors, artist in resident together with the most advance equipment and technology in toay’s photographty and motion picture world.

Prishan having started his photography in Sri Lanka was accepted to Hallmark to enhance his skills. He is the son of eminent Sri Lanka businessman Mohan Pandithage, Chairman of Hayleys Group and also the grandson of pioneer Sri Lankan photographer Donald Wijayaratna of Donalds Studio fame.

Prishan was the first Sri Lankan to attend the school and graduate in June 2011. He is a highly talented young individual with passion, creativity and hard work being his forte to success.

Over the years Hallmark Institute of Photography has produced award-winning photographers working across the world. Each year famous photographers visit Hallmark as guest lecturers and have hired graduates to work for them.
