An act of faith

Wijeya Newspapers Ltd. yesterday held its annual ‘Aloka Puja’ at the Thanthirimale Temple. Hair relics of Lord Buddha, brought to the Gangaramaya Temple from Bangladesh, were also on display. Several activities including distribution of uniform material and stationery to 400 children, Bakthi Gee and a lantern competition were held as well
