Lecture on ‘The Norms of 21st Century Management’

THE Institute of Management of Sri Lanka of Sri Lanka together with Sri Lanka Foundation Institute has organised a public lecture on the theme ‘The Norms of 21st Century Management’ on 10 February at the Sri Lanka Foundation Institute Auditorium from 5.30 pm onwards.

The speaker, Ajith Rohana Colonne B.Sc (University of Colombo), MBA (PIM) & MA (University of Colombo), is a well-known public speaker, a veteran lecturer for military and business students and a cognitive trainer.



He is also a visiting lecturer in Management and Economics at many Universities in Sri Lanka including the Kothalawala Defence Academy,

 Postgraduate Institute of Management and University of Colombo.

The lecture is aimed at presenting an advanced knowledge based and an in-depth analysis of 21st century management.

It recognises the importance of professionals and business management understanding the norms of 21st century management, namely uncertainty, ambiguity, paradox and chaos. In addition it touches on the art of coping with these parameters and exploring the opportunities associated with.

The lecture contains a decade of Colonne’s conceptual and academic work.
