ex-CEA Chief Charitha Herath receives special award

A special award presented to Charitha Herath, former Chairman of the Central Environment Authority and the Secretary to the Ministry of Mass Media and Information, by President Mahinda Rajapaksa, for implementing the ‘National Green Awards’ which are awards industries with eco-management policies.

This was executed under the theme of ‘A Greenery Country’, enunciated in the Mahinda Chinthana policy.
