Another double for Pedro Estate

Pedro Estate situated in Nuwara Eliya established all-time record prices at this week’s tea auction held on 1 November by obtaining  Rs. 940 for BOP and Rs. 980 for BOPFs grades selling under the ‘Lovers Leap’ mark. These lines were purchased by Tea – Link Colombo Ltd. 

Pedro Estate is renowned for producing teas with delicate liquoring characteristics associated with the Nuwara Eliya Region. Situated adjacent to the Pidurutalagala Mountain, Pedro Estate overlooks the beautiful Bumuru – Ella Lake and is in close proximity to Haggala/Kirigalpoththa mount range.

This estate is managed by Kelani Valley Plantations PLC and these lines of tea were sold by Tea broker John Keells PLC.
