Weekend Hiru TV movie fare

Hiru TV will telecast three movies starting Friday as part of top entertainment offering for its viewers.

On Friday 17 May, at 10:00 p.m., Sinhala movie ‘Punaruppaththiya’ will be shown under Hiru Cinema ‘Abhimanaya’ series. The film’s casts include Dhamith Fonseka, Wasanthi Chathurani, Jackson Anthony, Mervin Dharmawardena, Guruge, Seetha Kumari, Dharmasri Munasinghe, and is directed by Jayantha Ratnayake.

On Saturday 18 May, at 12:00 noon, Sinhala movie ‘Paaramitha’, directed by Anton Gregory will be telecasted.

The movie’s casts include Wijaya Kumaranathunga, Raveendra Randeniya, Sriyani Amarasena, Sabeetha Perera, Leena De Silva, Neel Alus, Kamal Addaraarachchi and Clitus Mendis. On Sunday 19 May, at 12.00 noon, Hindi action thriller ‘Tezz’ will be telecast. The 2012 film is directed by Priyadarshan and casts include Anil Kapoor, Kangna Ranaut, Zayed Khan, Mallika Sherawat, Sameera Reddy, Boman Irani and Ajay Devgn who plays the antagonist of the film.
