Ceylon City Hotel, Colombo yesterday announced that it has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence. 

Now in its eighth year, the achievement celebrates businesses that have earned great traveler reviews on TripAdvisor over the past year. Certificate of Excellence recipients include accommodations, restaurants and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a quality customer experience.

The Certificate of Excellence accounts for the quality, quantity and recency of reviews submitted by travelers on TripAdvisor over a 12-month period. To qualify, a business must maintain an overall TripAdvisor bubble rating of at least four out of five, have a minimum number of reviews and must have been listed on TripAdvisor for at least 12 months.

Ceylon City Hotel, Colombo has been a recipient of multiple awards in the past due to their high services to guests. Awards including World Luxury Hotel Awards winner in 2017 & 2016 where they were named as Best Luxury City Hotel & Family Hotel in Sri Lanka and awards from Hotel of the Year Awards for years 2015 & 2016/2017,Tripadvisor Travellers Choice award for 2016 and many other awards due to their exceptional services.
