We have a very talented team who are willing to take any challenge to further enhance their capabilities. So ‘START Academy’ will focus on a lot of structural training, marketing, sales, HR and finance mainly. It is a very proud moment for me, as it is another milestone of a long standing dream of mine to have an academy within an organisation. Sales Reps who will be working with us are lucky to be exposed to various developments to enhance their knowledge with us.”

Star holdings International has been an integral part of Sri Lanka’s rich commerce for the past 30 years and has carved its place as a locally grown essential hero.

Its humble beginnings stem from a backyard cottage industry and over the past decades has matured into a state of the art manufacturing facility located in the heart of Colombo.

The organisation has vast plans of expanding and setting foot into many other categories of FMCG to cater to the growing needs of consumers.

With innovation as its driving force Star Holdings international is keeping Sri Lankan shoppers on their toes on the lookout for more revolutionary products like the dish-wash tub and the softener incorporated detergent powder.
