Pan Asia Bank continues educating SMEs

Pan Asia Bank, a name synonymous with SME banking, partnered with the Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka to educate a selected set of Southern Region customers on the “Legal Environment of Business” with special emphasis on Industrial Law. 

The one day session, held at Hasara Hotel, Galle on 14 December 2018, was well patronised. The primary resource person at the session was Attorney at Law/ retired Labour Commissioner Ananda Sahabandu. 

Gracing the occasion, Pan Asia Bank Deputy General Manager (Branch Credit) Naleen Edirisinghe, commented that the topic was one that emerging entrepreneurs need to place much emphasis on, as labour relations is one of the most important aspects to the success of a business. He further commented that Pan Asia Bank is committed to support SMEs in a strong way with such value added initiatives, and will continue educating entrepreneurs across the country. All participants were awarded a certificate by the Chamber.
