Range of non-toxic quality products from spice-manufacturing giant Ruhunu Foods

Ruhunu Foods, the largest spice manufacturer on the island, is offering a range of quality, pure, non-toxic products for New Year season.

Since Ruhunu products come to market after a series of quality checkups and are manufactured under the best hygienic considerations, the company’s belief is that consumers can now replace low quality, harmful products as far as cooking ingredients are concerned.

Ruhunu Foods is the first spice-manufacturing company to obtain SLS quality certification for manufacturing spice- and flour-related food items. Ruhunu products have been known for seasoning curries since 1978. With the largest, modern spice-manufacturing plant established in Kundasale, Kandy, Ruhunu products are in the forefront of food seasoning. 

All the products coming from the Kundasale plant has GMP, HACCP and ISO quality certification and they are exported to a large number of countries. There will be a range of cooking and seasoning items coming to the market under the Ruhunu brand. Spices, noodles, cereals, flour, salt, vinegar and soy products are among them. 

Ruhunu products have a broad sales network reaching all four corners of the country, covering small groceries and super markets.
