The sound of hoppers sizzling over the stove is sweet music to our ears. There is nothing that excites us Sri Lankans more than the classic egg hopper at an evening function with the sound of Sri Lankan music in the background. 

Thuna Paha, the authentic Sri Lankan restaurant at Waters Edge creates a unique twist to the classic hopper by preparing an entire range of hoppers inspired by culinary elements across Sri Lanka. 

This novel hopper experience is based on six distinct themes from the Up country, Down South, Negombo, Colombo and Jaffna, with a sweet rendition of the hopper at the Sweet Hopper Station. 

In-house Chefs; Chef Fariz, Chef Channa and Chef Kasun led by Chef Raja and Chef Thilakerathne are the masterminds behind this inspiration as they passionately make ordinary ingredients taste extraordinary. 

Waters Edge invites all the food lovers to visit Thuna Paha at Waters Edge to indulge in this authentic promotion with a modern twist for three consecutive days from 18 to 20 July.
