A team of senior members from Madison Media (Sri Lanka) recently participated in a Madison Group (India) workshop in Bombay, which brought together over a 100 Madisonites from all parts of the subcontinent. The Madison Group is recognised in India for its robust analysis of data and analytics. By Sarah Hannan Thursday 28 November was a significant day for the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM) as it launched its knowledge hub, making the Preliminary Certificate in Marketing (PCM) course available online. Spearheading the marketing fraternity, SLIM also unveiled its very own definition in marketing at the launch held at Hilton Colombo Residencies on the same day. Australian brewery apologises over Hindu deities on beer labels

Reuters: An Australian brewery has apologised for using images of Hindu deities on its alcoholic ginger beer bottles after the labels provoked outrage from Hindu devotees.
