Northern Province to get vital cancer treatment facility through Lions
A fully-fledged cancer treatment facility for the Northern Province is on the cards. “A MoU between the Northern Provincial Council and Dehiwala Metro Lions Club for this first-ever treatment facility for the Northern Province is now approved by the Vavuniya District Coordinating Committee (DCC). This will enormously help more than 700,000 northerners,” said Minister of Industry and Commerce Rishad Bathiudeen.
