Who said Friday the 13th is unlucky?

It was not so for some of the existing and new members of TMC Mt. Lavinia, all of whom got together for a ‘Members Meet Members’ evening at their host hotel – Berjaya Mt. Royal Beach on 13 May at 7:30 p.m. 

Members old and new braved the inclement weather and attended an informal, yet enjoyable ‘Get to know each other evening’. The event held at the ‘Beach House’ with its ambiance, was the perfect location for an interesting and lively evening. There was much interaction amongst the members and many ideas emerged – similar events with all clubs participating – was one that was recommended with plenty of enthusiasm. Such evenings, they were heard to say enhance fellowship and camaraderie amongst the members of all clubs. 

TMC Mt. Lavinia plans to have a similar event in June and members of all clubs may be expected to join at a date to be notified soon.
