Browns Agriculture, the pioneer in the Sri Lankan agriculture industry, recently held its latest series of ‘Tract Tec Camps’ across the island in order to provide services and repairs free-of-charge to those customers whose warranties may have lapsed. These camps took place in Bingiriya, Wellawa, Galnewa, Pemaduwa, Seeppukulama, Parakramapura, Muthur, Kalmunai, Sevanagala, and Athimale.

Because of this service coupled with its durability, resale value and availability of spare parts, Browns TAFE is often referred to as the golden tractor.

In addition to the free repairs from expert technicians, these camps also provided customers with access to genuine spares parts at a discounted price, knowledge sharing sessions and demonstrations to better equip them on how to maximise the benefit from their machinery, and product displays of the latest innovations from Browns.

Commenting on the success of these camps Browns Agriculture General Manager Sanjaya Nissanka said, “The farming community plays a critical role in strengthening the national economy; a remarkable feat that often goes unnoticed. Therefore, it is our responsibility to support this community that is the backbone of our nation and empower them to achieve great things. That is why we consider providing them with exemplary service and the best spare parts a top priority. We understand the vital roles these machines play in their lives which is why we continue to provide unparalleled service even after their warranty period has ended. As we forge ahead we at Browns will continue to ensure that our farmers are equipped with the right resources and materials to meet their needs and that of the nation.”
