Softlogic felicitates top performing Samsung distributors

Softlogic Information Technologies, one of the premier IT companies in Sri Lanka and a pioneering subsidiary of Softlogic Holdings Group, honoured high performing Samsung Monitor Distributor Network in Kandy during the past quarter at an awards ceremony held recently at the Earls Regency.

The recognised partners include Tier 2 partners and distributors, Computerage (Pvt) Ltd. – Kandy, Sens Micro – Kandy, K.T Office Automation (Pvt) Ltd. – Kurunegala, Extreme Computer Technologies –Kurunegala, Seetha Holdings (Pvt) Ltd. – Pilimathalawa, Data e net – Gampola, PC Home – Kandy, Solintix Computers – Kandy, PC Land – Kandy, PC Lab Computers – Narammala, Dinapala (Pvt) Ltd. –Kurunegala, Dinapala (Pvt) Ltd. – Kandy, Inter Media – Kandy, Media Base – Kandy, Infocus Technology – Kurunegala were among the top performers in their respective regions

Director/CEO Softlogic Information Technologies (Pvt) Ltd. Roshan Rassool said: “Our partnership with Samsung has enhanced our product portfolio to the distribution segment of our business. We are currently strengthened with a portfolio of products including Dell computers, Apple, Iomega backup equipments and Samsung monitors. Our objective is to ensure that we set up a sound infrastructure to make available quality products and services to every region in the country. Our strong partner network enables us to have this reach. I congratulate all the winners in each region for their outstanding hard work and helping us to be the number one supplier of monitors in the Sri Lankan Market.”

A technical session was conducted by the Samsung Sri Lanka office providing insights to current accessible technologies and innovation. In parallel a road show was organized by Softlogic showcasing the latest products, services and solutions available in the market.

Assistant General Manager – Sales of Softlogic Information Technologies Gihan Vitharana said: “We are happy to recognize our high performing dealers in and around the hill capital. The Central and the North Western Provinces are growing markets with corporate and end consumers adopting new technology.  Let me applaud the commitment bestowed by this team, this is phenomenal to the overall performance of our business as we constantly raise the bar in our service excellence.”

Softlogic offers a three-year warranty with an over the counter service repair service offering and a device replacement option to the local market further strengthening its competences and promise in Sri Lanka.

The winners were recognised for their performance and was awarded Samsung Galaxy S3 Mobile Phones, Samsung 22” LCD TVs and Samsung cameras on the occasion. The initial awards ceremony appreciated the dealer network who achieved the highest sales in Colombo. Within the year Softlogic Information Technologies plans to recognise the performance of the dealer network in north, east and south regions. There are over 200 distributorsisland wide in the present.

According to Samsung, its monitors range has continued to draw global attention during the year. It won the Innovation Award at CES 2012 in January and more recently launched a Smart Monitor TB750 series which allows users to watch images on their smartphone screen right on the larger screen, with extensive focus of improving user experiences.
