HSBC has just made their seasonal campaign “Larger than Life Treats” even larger with a ‘SwipeOut to WipeOut’ promotion, which offers all credit cardholders an additional discount of up to 30% on their total credit card bill for the month of December 2010.
Cardholders could earn super discounts on the number of purchases made during 1-31 December on their entire credit card bill, by swiping the card for a minimum of 20 days and a maximum of 30 days, which need not be consecutive.
While, the minimum card spend per day for Classic cardholders is Rs. 500, Gold credit cardholders will be required to spend a minimum Rs.1,000 and HSBC Premier, Platinum and Advance customers a minimum transaction of Rs. 3,000 to qualify for the wipe-out promotion.
Needless to say, Classic cardholders can enjoy up to Rs. 5,000 on their bill, Gold cardholders a maximum of Rs. 10,000 and HSBC Premier, HSBC Advance and Platinum a maximum of Rs. 30,000 saving per bill during the promotion.
The promotion is part of the banks seasonal campaign, designed to offer larger than life treats with super savings to compliment the lifestyle of credit cardholders, whilst making the festive season a truly enjoyable time of year.
Seasonal treats on shopping, dining, travel and leisure, health and beauty, free fuel rebates, 0% installment schemes, supermarket deals and HSBC rewards are all part of what HSBC offers its cardholders this season with HSBC rewards points offered at over 200 merchants outlets in the country.
Cardholders can also enjoy super discounts at Keells with Happy Hours from 4pm – 8pm, on all days of the week with a 20% on fresh buys including, fruits and veggies, meat and seafood and discounts on Keells hampers and HSBC rewards redemption. HSBC Cards and Consumer Assets head Nadeesha Senaratne stated, “Swipeout was well received by cardholders in the past with cash refunds of over Rs. 15 million paid to loyal cardholders. We are happy to bring back this promotion for the season, adding to the festive cheer and treating HSBC customers to the seasonal festivities, by giving them more reason to celebrate.”
Cardholders will be required to use the same credit card throughout the promotion to be entitled for the wipeout, with no switching made between cards such as primary and supplementary, HSBC Gold and HSBC Classic, Visa and Mastercard, and upgraded cards.
